Official Trip Yaargo Policy

24x7 Safety Guidelines & Community Standards

Last Revision: October 2026

1. Real-Time Turn-by-Turn GPS Tracking

Every trip taken on Trip Yaargo is monitored turn-by-turn with continuous GPS coordinates. Riders can share their live trip link with family and friends via WhatsApp or SMS.

2. Verified Driver Network

All driver partners undergo strict document verification, including valid Driving Licenses, Commercial Registration Certificates, Vehicle Insurance, and police background screening prior to onboarding.

3. 24x7 Emergency SOS Button

Both Rider and Driver interfaces feature a dedicated emergency SOS button. Tapping SOS instantly broadcasts live coordinates, vehicle registration details, and trip status to local emergency contacts and our centralized 24x7 Safety Dispatch desk.

4. Health & Hygiene Protocols

Driver partners are required to provide clean, sanitized helmets for Bike Taxi trips and maintain well-ventilated, tidy passenger compartments in Autos and Cabs.
