1. Information We Collect

To provide safe, real-time ride hailing, Trip Yaargo collects your registered mobile number, name, profile details, and precise geographic coordinates (GPS).

2. Background Location Permissions

Passengers: Location data is gathered while the app is active in foreground or during an ongoing trip to ensure accurate pickup, route drawing, and emergency SOS dispatch.

Driver Partners: Background location is continuously monitored while duty mode is ON to pair nearest available ride requests and broadcast live tracking telemetry to assigned riders.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information. Essential location telemetry and vehicle details are shared between assigned drivers and passengers strictly for the duration of the trip. Telemetry may be provided to emergency response teams upon triggering the SOS alert.

4. Data Security

All communication between mobile applications and our cloud infrastructure is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption protocols.
