Mandatory Deletion Notice & Disclosures:

• What gets permanently erased: Your profile credentials, login tokens, saved addresses, in-app messaging history, live GPS telemetry, and push notification tokens.
• Settlement of Outstanding Balances: All pending ride fares must be cleared before the deletion request is approved by the administrative audit desk. Any remaining wallet cash balance should be withdrawn prior to submission.
• Statutory Invoicing & Tax Retention: Under Indian taxation (GST Act) and IT Act 2000, financial invoices and transaction ledger records will be archived for 7 years for mandatory statutory compliance.
• Audit & Processing SLA: Requests with verified mobile ownership are verified by our compliance desk and processed within 24–48 hours.
